Thanks for shopping with Fuelys. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your gummies to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Australia. If you'd like to order from outside Australia, contact us at help@fuelys.com and we'll let you know if we can help.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.
  • For orders under $99, standard and express shipping are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and shown to you before you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it's been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Standard: 2–4 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

These are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at help@fuelys.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched, and we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping may apply).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please reach out to help@fuelys.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. Damaged or faulty orders are covered by our Refund Policy.

Storing Your Gummies

Our gummies travel best out of direct heat. In warmer months or regions, occasional softening can happen in transit — this is normal and doesn't affect quality. If your order arrives heat-affected or melted, contact us and we'll make it right.
